Multiproblems is all you get!!!
I am utterly appalled and indisbelief at the lack of service from multi choice. In February the 10th I responded to the DPP advert which is just a **** to get money from innocent customers. After this my bank account was debited on the incorrect date and I made calls and was promised a resolution which never happened. Delivery was done 2months later only now in April after multiple calls made to the call center. The call center agents are unprofessional and purely ***********. They refuse to transfer you to any manager- one of their agents Tshego said she reports to no one. With such lack of accountability, manangement is impossible. Now I was debited R2300 yet installation has not happened as promised. A ****a shop operates better than this....They can have their explora back it's not worth the trouble!!!
