My account was disconnected in January then I made a payment on the 25th and my service were reconnected. I upgraded my account on the 1st February and was instructed to pay R218 which I did not pay immediately then payed on the 07th and I was told I need to pay R240. I did not mind coz I was thinking of the reconnection fees. After paying I contacted the call centre where I spoke to Thuli I think and she said I need to pay R189 of which I fail to understand what for. When I asked her she said that because the payment I said I made on the 21st was not reflecting on the system. My question is, if the payment did not refleet then why was my service reconnected after the payment. I will not pay another cent to multichoice and I wanth my services for the month active.

more than once multichoice will be asking for money and you will keep on paying non stop for nothing. M sick of it n I want your finance to sort this out

Best regards,
Good day Ms Moya
Thank you for taking our call today.
As discussed, your account has an outstanding balance of R184.50 due for payment. This balance will cover your service till the 27 February 2017.
· On the 08 January 2017, we had an unpaid debit order causing the disconnection of service. Your account was remained with an overdue balance of R25.55. We received a manual payment of R94.71 which was not sufficient to keep your service active till the 30 January 2017.
· On the 31 January 2017, R198.00 was deducted from your bank account. However, the same balance came back unpaid on 05 February 2017 leaving the account with an outstanding balance of R116.68.
· When we received R240.93, we had to deduct the reconnection fee and the pro rata balance for your Compact package. Once more, the balance was not sufficient to keep your service active till the 27 February 2017.
Please ensure that R184.50 is paid to keep your service active till the 27 February 2017.
Thank you for your invaluable support.
Kind regards
Dinah
