Multi Choice is going to the dogs, they have *********** staff whom they do not send for proper training, I ordered a price lock decoder almost 3weeks ago. They told me it takes 5day to arrive.. Every time I called they said it was dispatch and I have to wait. When I called on today the consulted tells me after 3weeks that I needed to send them documents of proof of income etc which the first 3 consultants did not tell me.... I am closing my dstv account and will rather get open view. Multichoice can go to hell
