Multicoices Retentions Department SUCK!

I recently contacted Multichoice regarding my Cancellation and requested my Settled Letter. A consultant by the name of Delisiwe Mvelase promised to send me my Settled Letter but made no effort to do so. I call again earlier this morning and yet another consultant in the Retentions Department promises to speak to Delisiwe and get her to spend my letter. He then also promised to call me back but till nothing has been done. I'd appreciate for this to be sorted please. All MultiChoice is making broken promises.
