Multicoice money monsters

Most hopeless bunch of ******* ever! I travelled 50km to upgrade to watch Wimbledon's finals, paid - when I got home, nothing but a black screen. Thought it might be because one decoder is still in my deceased mother's name so I went back the next week. Both on my name and an extra amount paid, once again nothing. Asked a guy who installs DSTV to help, he struggled 3 hours until he phined and after being on the phone for 10 minutes. he was told both decoders were disconnected the first time I went in! Went back the next week and ask for my month's money back and was told that will never happen - around R900 ****** - as easy as that.
