multichoise just promise but ***** you over

I went to the walkin centre in andburg to sort out our dstv. Rosie's were the one at the counter assisting me. she clled the supervisor Bongumusa Yawu to assist. Musa promised me that I only need to pay the outstanding R418 on my account then they will do the change of ownership of the explora from my account to my nephew's account after she spoke to him on the phone. we don't have to pay anything more. They will make the explora the primary decoder and his decoder the secondary one on his account. I then handed her the change of ownership as well as both our Id copies She promised it will be done before 19h00 when she knock off. About 18h30 he was contacted by multichoise and confirmed everything. They then told him that it will be done immediately after the call. At 22h00 the explora was still not working and I phoned customer service and spoke to Dedingwe. She again told me that no change of ownership was done and that the explora is still on my account. <br> Now why did I waste a day off work and time and petrol money to drive to the walkin centre in Randburg from Boksburg and spend about an hour there to sort this out and multichoise staff just promises but do nothing.
