Multichoise...defnitely NOT enriching lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DSTV (Multichoice) listed me on ITC as my account has been in arrears for 7 months. This is the company that disconnects your service a day or two after your debit order returns. I have two full DSTV packages with them, which are currently active, and they list me as a bad payer for being 7 months in arrears. After phoning them, trying to get this sorted a month ago, I received a letter of apology, which they could still not even get right. And so, after more than a month of struggling, I am still listed on ITC as a bad payer. This has a huge influence on my personal account status, as my company's finance gets declined because of me, a Director, being listed on ITC. I have never dealt with an more *********** bunch of people in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Mr HA DU Preez
Please be advised everytime a customer has an unpaid debit order, their profile automatically gets affected. Multichoice does not list customers on ITC but only submits customer's payment records to all the credit bureaus for credit score as per CPA rule.
