Multichoice/Showmax

Hi DSTV and Hellopeter , After no feedback from Multichoice regarding my Showmax issue, apart from their standard reply of "we will look into it and reply", at last I managed to speak to somebody who is committed, experienced and knowledgeable. Phindile Ngcube helped connect my Showmax service after I have been trying to get service from DSTV for nearly 2 months. The company should employ more capable people like her. Please acknowledge her by forwarding this message and copy her supervisor. At last I am connected after no feedback or assistance from the call centre and the Menlyn walk in Centre.
