Multichoice's shocking website

Multichoice's website seems to be the second worse on the planet (see other review on Old Mutual) Their accounting system is in a mess. One cannot get a statement that reflects an opening balance nor a closing balance. Their Balance owing reflected on the website is not reconcileable. Their staff cannot help me. So, what next?
