Multichoice's Poor services
Services rendered by this DSTV Multichoice is very poor. Charging for services not rendered. One has to hold for over 30min whilst investigating your account and when they correct their mistakes they don't refund you for days disconnected. When reversing their own frivolous charges they don't refund the whole amount. Cues @ their outlets on daily basis and people complaining proves they need to get their acts together. ASAP
