Multichoice's (DSTV) incompetency

Good day

Multichoice all of a sudden said that I owe them R1700 from April that I am unaware of, today they said that it's R847. When I asked to at least pay the unknown outstanding amount over a few months and continue with my monthly subscription fee, they are not responding to my emails they keep saying that someone from billing will call me but nothing instead they are calling me to upgrade my explora. It's been 3 days now, this is abuse at its best, I am very disappointed.
