We as a big chain of guest lodges have been trying to close one of our accounts with multichoice without success. The problems are numerous and aggravating. Multichoice have not made a single proper attempt to rectify the problem and meet our queries either with more admin or inadequate assistance. I have never dealt with a company more assured of their monopoly on the market that they either do not care about individual customers service or they are just *********** and do not care about service at all.
