Multichoice....is it still the choice for me?

Absolutely shocking service from Multi Choice.

I requested a call back last week Monday, 28 October 2019. I followed up via Twitter on Monday 4 November, considering I never received a call back. I was asked to give the price lock team 24 to 48 hours to get back to me.

05/11/2019: 09:09 I received a call , which was disconnected after 31 seconds.

05/11/2019: received a call back 09:10, this was an extremely bad line and I gave her the landline number, where I was only available yesterday. Almost 24 hours later, 08:59 this morning, I received a call from your call centre again. When I answered the phone, I could hear the call centre noise in the background, nobody spoke on your side and call was dropped.

I have escalated this matter for the first time via Twitter on 4 November. Every single time I interact with someone via social media, I have to once again repeat my query. While I was trying to get hold of someone to lodge a complaint, your call centre tried to get hold of me again. All of this could have been avoided if the call centre agent contact me on the landline number as promised yesterday morning 09:10.

When I phoned the call centre this morning for the first time to lodge a formal complaint, I was even given the wrong number by the call centre agent. I was told to contact ***, which is a department which has got nothing to do with the reason for my call.

I was then told to phone *** and only on 5th attempt did I manage to actually speak to your receptionist who took down my details. She is by far the best person I dealt with.

All of this frustration purely because I want to opt for the price lock deal which was advertised via Facebook. I have to say, I have always been one of those customers who had good things to say about your organization, but since 28 October there is not a single good thing I can say. The level of service and never the care less attitude is absolutely shocking. First I receive a notification on 28/10 that my account has been suspended for non-payment. Then an e-mail that my insurance Premium is in arrears due to non-payment. Even to have my 25/10 payment allocated took about 4 phone calls and huge frustration. Once this was sorted out, I requested details for price lock deals and needles to say my frustration levels increased since then.

If you want to make an irate client angrier, tell them on Twitter "we can sort out your query on this platform" , without even knowing what the problem is. This morning alone, I had to send my query background through twice again? No come on, you cannot tell me this is acceptable service.

I am more than willing to send you screenshots of how many times I phoned and send through information via Twitter DM.
