Multichoice:Inefficiency at its best leading to frustration at its worst
DStv deducted R450 from my account saying that a monthly payment of R325 had been reversed in May. Upon equiring of this, they asked for proof by sending my personal bank details which I did reluctantly because of all my personal info besides the DStv payment. I sent two months proving they were wrong. I them received a SMS saying I must call ********** 222 as they wer requiring additional documents. They said I must send proof of payment. I refused stating that they had my account details showing that I had paid. I resent the previous mail with bank statements. Today another call saying I must submit P of P. Failing which the finance dept will reject my payment. Told them to use their records showing debit order payments against my DStv account. Frustration is an understatement.
