MultiChoice/Dstv ****** with the worst service

Extremely ****ed off by this ******,my services have been paused for the 3rd time this month even though I paid I have been billed for Netflix for the past 12 months which I pay independently and no one can explain why it was added on. I have spent more 3 hours of my airtime trying to get help but my services were only active for few days now they are paused again.Im fed up they can’t reimburse me for the money the were actually *****ing but to make it worse they pause my services again with no reason why am I paying the R1200 for???
