MULTICHOICE/DSTV most *********** service provider. Pathetic service delivery!!!

How is DSTV Multichoice still in business?!?! Absolute worst service provider ever! Your call centre is supposed to be helpful but all agents are just as *********** as the company they are working for! I've got people paying me to stay in my holiday home but for 2 days now and numerous calls to your call centre you stil can't connect my holiday home decoder even though I'm paying for it. I'm tired of or BS excuses and poor service delivery, absolutely PATHETIC!!!
