Multichoice/DSTV is a useless organization!!

I called to find out why I have a bill of R1733 on my account when i am on a month to month basis. The *********** agent i spoke with could not answer a single one of my questions, and basically told me there was no one higher up who could assist and he couldn't do anything either. It's no wonder this useless company is losing business and customers! I hope Multichoice eventually closes down! ****** useless idiots!
