Multichoice(dstv) bad for business

Second time in less than a month I'm having an issue with dstv and they couldn't resolve it. It took me two phone calls of over 40mins to get a simple error resolved. I was promised that they would phone me back on both occasions but guess what, nothing. Please don't do business with Multichoice(dstv), they have *********** staff and telling me that the team leaders/managers only work until 4pm. They're bad for business.
