Multichoice/dstv

I'm so disappointed with the service that I received from multichoice.... I am on the price lock option and this month the amount that was taken from my bank account was about R300 more that what they were suppose to have taken.... I phoned them regarding the problem and was told that they dont know how it happened and that they will try to solve it..... almost 2 weeks later now with phone calls almost every 2nd day no one cam tell me how they're gonna solve this. This is honestly the first time that the service that I received turned out so bad.....
