So, My wife had her decoder installed at our new residence. The process of taking the money off her bank account is seamless. Trying to get a signal is another story completely.......... It would seem that the "competent" installer has put the dish where the signal is only available part of the day and then even then it is intermittent. After having installers out twice, at my personal expense, we have a problem that is no better and possibly worse than before. This brings me to my point....... 1. Does multi choice actually train and supervise their installation partners? 2. Why have all the "accredited" installation partners made no change to the location of the dish?
It would seem that this company is not interested in making this right and i can only wonder hoe many other stories like this one are floating around the web.........
After contacting dstv directly i was told that "it is not their problem" and that the cost would be mine to rectify.............
