Multichoice will give me a heart attack

I'm really hurt by the multichoice's treatment for tge past two months... I payed my dstv for January but no viewing.. I called the dstv consultant and the promise to assist me even today my money went down the drain and every month i get a new statement of different amounts that I'm owing.. Even tiday i called them they said they will fix the problem but still it's not fixed.. I don't know if I'm being ****med or is the new strategy for dstv because I've been with dstv for more than 10 years now this is the 1st time i experience this..
