MULTICHOICE WHAT THE F@#!!?!!

So guess what!!! this is what I have now received from Multichoice !!! Please read my reviews from Feb listed below and now I get this!!!!

MY COMPLAINTS SINCE FEBRUARY THIS YEAR 04 Feb 2022, 11:24 I cancelled DSTV but being billed anyway!!! I cancelled my DSTV via www.dstv.com self service at the end of November. Today I go into my bank account and see DSTV has debited R818!!!!! The decoder has magically reactivated itself as from this month !! Been on the phone trying to speak to a consultant NTOKOZO ZUNGU, who after holding for 40minutes told me I now need to hold for cancellations. There was no explanation on HOW or WHY? There is a serious problem with your systems Multi Choice......COVID is no longer an excuse for not being able to get hold of real people to correct issues....not to mention what is the point of having self service online if it is not 100% trustworthy

This is not acceptable at all. VERY UNHAPPY

08 Mar 2022, 12:03 Cancelled DSTV but being billed anyway!!! I left a review 04 Feb 2022 - I cancelled DSTV but being billed anyway!!! The debit was reversed and you sent a very apologetic note and I was advised that services and been disconnected.... GUESS WHAT you have done it AGAIN, just checked my bank account and I have been debited yet again for services cancelled. Reply = Apology and refund
