Multichoice - what a ****!
After writing my review on the 29th of June 2022 I received a call back from a representative of Multichoice named Charlotte ***ela ( not sure of the spelling of her surname) on the 1st of July 2022 who assured me that she would investigate my query and come back to me in a few minutes. It's now the 3rd of July and I still have not received a call back.
