Multichoice wants me to pay extra charges for their fault
In June, I spoke to a consultant about getting the price lock subscription plan. For this plan, you get a slight discount. I've been paying the amount I was told to pay and I've been paying it on time. Now, Multichoice has cut off my subscription. Their reason - I don't have the price lock in my plan and I haven't been paying the amount I should have been. Firstly, THEIR consultant DID NOT DO THEIR JOB WITH THE PRICE LOCK FEATURE. Secondly, why do I owe them anything when it was clearly their fault that I have been paying the amount I've been paying every month? I am so disappointed!! The consultants can't help me. The team leaders are never available!!

10 Aug 2023, 12:41I'm still waiting for someone to call me. I keep calling the call center. The agents say I must pay for charges that were not my fault. I've been calling since last week. No one has sorted this out.
