MULTICHOICE VERY BAD SERVICE
THEY HAVE THE MOST USELESS DEBTORS DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, THEY KEPT ON DEBITING MY ACCOUNT FOR 10 MONTHS OF WHICH THEY NOW OWE ME 10,000.00+- WHICH TO DATE HAS NOT BEEN PAID, EVERYTIME WE CALL THEM THEY HAVE ANOTHER EXCUSE, TODAYS CALL THE MNG SAID ANOTHER 22 DAYS. HOW CAN I REPORT THIS TO THE OMBUDS AS THIS IS NOW BEYOND REPAIR
