MultiChoice, Very bad service delivery

On 29 November 2018, I requested to make use of the pricelock promotion for 2 explorer's. I received a message with the order no 795610 and 795612 on the 29/12/2018 and the order will be dispatched in 2-4 days. The lady i was dealing with was Patricia. I phoned again on 5 and 6 December 2018 to enquire when i expect delivery and spoke to Patricia again. She said alnwas in order just that they very busy at the time. Its now 7/01/2019 and I'm still waiting with no response or feedback needless to say extremely disappointed with this service from dstv as i am a customer for the last 28 years.
