MULTICHOICE VERY BAD SERVICE

Multichoice is a ****, I have been experiencing an error E30-0 since yesterday morning and after work I called them and the Agent was very rude that she dropped my call and I called back and my call got cut off due to my airtime was finished and I called again but I couldn't be assisted as they keep on saying that my service are active.

So this morning with the same issue again I called and spoke to Andile and he couldn't assist, then I have requested to speak to the team leader then he refused.

So since Multichoice can not assist me, I want my refund so that I can purchase Open ViewHD,, I am so disappointed with Multichoice hiring *********** stupid, rude agents like the first stupid girl who answered and dropped my call yesterday.

So are you really going to assist me? Now it's this time of the day and still can't watch tv, so rather refund me please coz I am sick and tired of Multichoice with empty promises, I need a feedback of when are you going to refund me by the end of today.
