Multichoice Uselessness
Multichoice is a bunch of ******* that keeps on *****ing money from me. I have contacted the call Centre 3 times over the last two months to downgrade my package yet they continue deducting amounts from of much higher amount than they are supposed to. No matter how much I phone them they keep saying it will be resolved yet nothing is being done about.
Bunch of ****** which I give a rating of -100. No wonder they keep losing subscribers daily and will probably closed down sooner than later at this rate!!!

I was told the over charge will be refunded within 24 hours but it is ridiculous that it took two months and six calls to resolve this. At this rate Multichoice will have no subscribers at all in the near future. After this ordeal I will be cancelling my DSTV subscription entirely. .
