Multichoice Useless and unprofessional

Good day Not Along ago ,May to be precise. i wrote a complain about Multichoice deduction way above money than my contract stipulate and i was refunded the extra R645 which was deducted ********. to my suprice end of May the deducted R978 instead of 536, i called them again and i was informed im owed R545 so i will pay reduced for June as that wasnt enough the went ahead and deducted R1132 instead of 948 - R545 reduced from past month. now i see again this month they want R999.99 not sure why as i have 2 price locks for 499+449. IM really tired of phoning them and holding more than 45 minutes on each times and you still get no help.
