MULTICHOICE UNWARRANTED DEBIT AND FAILURE TO DELIVER SERVICE PAID FOR

I am utterly upset, disappointed and annoyed by the ill-treatment and dodge behavior of DSTV. I took their price lock option on R899 for 12 months that included an explora decoder plus a wifi connector. It was delivered in a few days and I was told the installer would come and assist. I then got a call for a discounted black Friday offer that was pricelock for months at R799 and a free exlplora decoder and WiFi connector and i told them that I had taken the former offer and would like the latter and I was told it was okay and then they would cancel and pick up the package delivered as it was unopened and they did. To date I have been contacting Mutichoice to inquire about delivery of the black Friday special and installation thereof and have had no response via email and even through calls. They tell me they have many such complaints and cannot commit to when my new offer will be delivered but they have been debiting my account for the past 3 months. The inital amount in November was R1783, then R950 in December and most recently, January 31st R1123. This is totally unacceptable as I'm still on compact plan and have not received my package and do not have the premium package I'm being charged for. I would like to cancel all arrangements with them and be reimbursed fully and this is total disregard and a ******* of a loyal consumer
