MultiChoice Unprofessional

I paid my Dstv acc in two payments on the 22 and 23 October with payments of 500 each to date I have been calling the call center, I have send them proofs of payment , until now they are still disconnecting me every other week. This is such an inconvenience and completely unprofessional (acc no ********** 0)
