MultiChoice Uninterest in resolving account linking issue

I've contacted DSTV Multichoice multiple times to resolve the issue of my inability to link my Showmax account to my DSTV account, which had previously been linked. Despite spending over 4 hours on calls, the issue remains unresolved. The call centre agents have been unhelpful and unwilling to assist. The most recent agent, Mihlali, left me on hold for nearly an hour while supposedly consulting her team leader. This experience clearly highlights their disinterest in resolving my issue.
