Multichoice unable to resolve my issue

I have reported my issue to Multichoice before and just when I thought that my issue was resolved it actually got worse. Trevor who is apparently the supervisor has promised to assist me but he never got back to me and always when I phone I'm being told that he is in a meeting or they will send him a message to contact me back but he never does. I cannot write the issue here as it is a very long story but I just need someone who can provide me with answers regarding my account.
