Multichoice un ending Dramas

<p>I missed a payment for my dstv account with Multichoice and my name was listed on the ITC credit check. </p> <p>How ever i have managed to settle the account in full and have the letter form Multichoice stating tha t the account is nolonger in arrears.</p> <p>The problem here is even after i have settled the account Multichoice has not sent confirmation to Trans union to take my name out of the ITC credit check list. I have spoke to several consultants and even to managers and all have done nothing but to promise that someone would call me. One of the managers i spoke to is Nthabiseng Ramonnye <***> she sounded sweet on the phone and made promises and 2 weeks later nothing has happened.</p> <p>Please help as i was denied a job opportunity and a loan from Absa due to this ITC credit check which ihave managed to settle. </p> <p>Thanks</p>
