MultiChoice Umhlanga, never available

Good morning, I have really been trying to get hold of anyone @ MultiChoice Umhlanga. There is a voice operated machine (which is still learning). I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 4/5 months & am not getting anywhere. I managed to cancel the insurance on the devices,, THANK YOU TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A SPEEDY REPLY. But MultiChoice is unavailable???????
