Gone are the days when Multichoice was called the best service provider in SA.<br> <br> Account 1<br> On 10/07/2015 I made contact with the call centre to remove a decoder from my acc.<br> Ref. no *** and *** written under Manager's notes<br> On 10/07/2015 (16:55) I wrote an email to Rupert Paulsen (Contact Centre Customer Liaison CEO Escalations) No response to date.<br> <br> Account 2<br> On 03/08/2015 I went into Randburg branch to add and reconnect an old decoder, pay and subscribe with notice of a disconnection date on 31/08/2015.<br> (This decoder was inactive and removed but I wanted to get it active and usable again while checking out the new models)<br> <br> On 29/08/15 this decoder was disconnected.<br> <br> On Sunday 30/08/2015 I phoned in and spoke to Ayavuya Mfenyana, not willing to help me and treating me like a dog and making political comments etc. (Recorded ph call)<br> <br> After the call, I log into both accounts for details. I then notice activity on Acc 1 and suspect ******* use and email Rupert Paulsen (08:43) again . Asking if I can make an appointment to see him at the office to sort problems etc. Still no response to date. <br> <br> On Monday 07/09/2015 (09:22) I mail Rupert Paulsen again. STILL NOTHING?<br> <br> SICK!
