Multichoice trying to get more money.

Very ***********. I called for the reason that our account is paid up to date and there is a million reasons why i have to pay more when everything is paid for. The best part is I had to call twice because first lady put down the phone in my ear and second time same story and phone is breaking up. Million stories with alot of excuses. This is terrible really
