Still my account is accordingto DSTV R2400 per month for a package of premeum and Compact plus. You bill me on the 25th of each month and 2nd of the month.

The new explores was installed 23/11/2023 that includes the Compact plus. PLEASE EMAIL THE CONTRACT THROUGH.

1. If you calculated 929 + 680= is definately not 2000. After the 25th you bill me again on the 2nd???? you bill me twice a month?

The account was always on the 25th but was change to the 2nd of each since Feb 2024. Dont' tell me you bill me no extra prorate it is still a month 2nd to a 2nd.

I WANT A CONTRACT FROM THE EXPLORE THAT WAS STARTED TO STIPULATE THE AMOUNT MONTHLY. I WANT A FULL RECON ON EXCEL SHEET - NOT STATEMENT WITH EXPLANATION FROM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT NOT A CALL CENTRE THAT IS READING FROM A STATMENT....I CAN DO IT AS WELL.
