MULTICHOICE THROWING AWAY THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS

We have been having problems with our MNET for the last few weeks.. The call center has been unable to resolve the issue. Finally we took the decoder in to have it tested. After being referred from 1 branch to another and spending 4 hours on the road it was finally tested and found to be correct. But now the GREAT news. We are STILL UNABLE to get a signal. WE are able to watch the sport channel , but NO MNET. On top of this we were told that SORRY we have an old decoder and it needs to be upgraded. That I know is not their fault so I completely understand that part, But after we are forced to pay about R1000 to upgrade the decoder we will no longer have the option of keeping our current package. If we can not afford to upgrade to the full package (as this will be the only Package where MNET will still be available). WE ARE PENSIONARS. We have been loyal to MNET for decades and this is the thanks that we get. Are you honestly telling me that they can not give as an affordable package that will still include MNET. So we now have to give up our MNET because they have decided that the customers who can not afford DSTV is not worth keeping.
