Multichoice thievery
Worst and most *********** company ever!!!! I am currently on the phone with them for 40 minutes and from the beginning of this call I have asked to speak with the manager or atleast a team leader and I'm still holding. I made an error on the 29 November 2019 by making a R3000 payment instead of R399 on my grandmother's account. I am still trying to get a refund of R2601.00. I have called them every other day, and went in to the N1 city, branch, have been asked for affidavits, proof of banking account, proof of payment, and Id's, which I have emailed countless times and still I wait. On the 17th I was told that finally the refund was escalated to finance and would be paid out within 3 days... Today, the 20th, I called in and they tell me it was rejected because there was no proof of payment attached.
So I just sent it again for the 7th time, and have been told that the refund has been sent to finance, and that it will take 7 working days to be paid out. Ooh, the call is now on 47 minutes, and I'm still waiting for the manager to speak to me while I listen to music, for the past 15 minutes with no update as to whether the manager is coming, or maybe they all decided to take a lunch break on my expense while I wait.
59 minutes, still on hold
