MULTICHOICE THEFT

Multichoice is *****ing from us!!!!!! Credit Card Payment was made by my sister ( bank statements to prove) on the 24th January 2015. On the 6th Feb 2015 we get disconnected. The reason is the payment was mae from credit card details belonging to someone other than the account holder therefore this is *****. This was escalated to finance dept and Hiresh and still have NO ANSWER and NO DSTV. This is ********.
