Multichoice the worst service provider

I can not believe the bad service from Multichoice. I have phoned them 5 times, everytime I was promised that finance will phone me back, the last phone call I was requested to send an email. This is over a period of 1 month. My complain: I am a single premium customer. Cost of dstv is just over R800. BUT NOT MINE. My debit orders is never the same, R2500, R1500, R1800. How can that be. Nobody can give me answers.... I told them I want to cancel my subscription, but they did not even do that. I am so fed up with Multichoice. Worst service I have ever received anywhere. Not to mention the absurd cost of phone calls to them.
