Multichoice, the worst
The month is almost over, the numerous call backs I was promised from teamleaders who are never on shift, have gone unfulfilled.
Multichoice is a disappointment. The worst is having to deal with the unprofessional agents who answer your call and want to tell you what transpired in an invent they were not a part of. As a call centre agent, your job is to assist, not argue with me.
But that's not the problem here, the debit order has gone off as we had agreed on our part of the contractual agreement, however I have had no internet connection. Is that not breech of contract? How do you call me once, when you don't get a hold of me you continue as if I don't need assistance?
When you go home, do actually feel like you've assisted anyone? Or do you pride yourselves in just showing up to get paid?
The worst!!!! I am appalled that this is what Multichoice has become...
