Multichoice terrible

I see I'm not the only one. For the past month I can't watch anything for more than few seconds before I get the error code 48-32 no signal. The decoder has not been moved at all for a year. What is going on. I've tried rebooting to no avail. This service doesn't come cheap so please do something. I'm so angry.
