Multichoice telemarketer urging customers to cancel DSTV account

Incredibly unprofessional rude indian Male telemarketer phoned me on behalf of multichoice wanting to sell me a new explora decoder. When I said I cannot afford his offer he told me that in that case I should not be able to afford DSTV in the first place and hung up on me. In my opinion this is unacceptable, urging customers to cancel their account.... really multichoice..... is that why you are phoning people or should this arrogant man perhaps not be speaking to customers...???
