Multichoice technicians are ****s.....but

Good day Multichoice installers want to charge me double for a fully paid instore installation

I have used R2000 to purchase a fully installed dstv explora from the 14th of December 2021 went to Menlyn dstv urgents front opposite Checkers hyper and they tried to assist in getting an installer ,to my surprise all these guys were asking the colour of the sticker on the box I didn't understand why. Until today I still have no response and I cannot return the product because it's opened .all I want is money back because I bought something which I am not getting any services for . The technicians are willing to help but only if a pay for installation which is already included on what I have .

Multychoice give me my money back .I will stick to Netflix and live TV.
