Multichoice Taking Me for a ride

I have tried to down grade my package from premium to compact early January 2016. I was told that I would have to call on my debit order date, but on my debit order date the following month's payment has already been deducted and again I am being told that it is scheduled for next months. As a customer I am really annoyed that I used to get good treatment and now I am just someone without any say in what happens to my account. DSTV is losing my business fast at this rate.
