MULTICHOICE TAKES ME CREDIT BERUE
I write this email as an irritated individual, Today being the 15-Apr 2016 I found out that Multichoice has listed myself as a bad payer, multichoice has never debited the nominated account, now I picked this up around 3 months back that the debit order has not been going off, out of my own initiative I have been doing manual payments as an when I can. Around 1st week of April a consultant called me apologizing that the system used for dpp payments had crashed and my debit order was affected, she asked that we make an arrangement to payoff this account which I didn't refuse, on the 7th of April I made a payment of R950.00 and at the end of this month I will make another payment. Now today I was telephoned by the bank to tell me as I had app**** for vehicle finance with them that on their various credit checks, it was picked up that I owe multichoice, I have several times called in today to find clarity to the reason Multichoice felt the need to take me to listing even though the initial mistake was of an *********** staffer My bank request a letter clearing my name because they will not finance me. ref # I72 -I68
