Multichoice system is broken

Unbelievable bad service. I paid to be reconnected via Absa account, sent through proof of payment to ********** received a confirmation number, was kept holding for 1 hour only to be told they cannot access my email because the system is slow and the person who can trace my payment is not in. They refuse to give me an alternative private email or Whatsapp number to which I could send proof of payment. They refused to reconnect me and I'm punished because their admin is pathetic.
