Multichoice System and its service

On the 4th of March 2017 I used the Dstv website to pay my bill. I have been using this system for a coe uple of months now. But on this day, the money came out of my bank account but never cleared on the Multichoice side.

In fact their system hanged. I then visited the walkin centre in Ceturion on 09 March 2017. I walked in there from 11:04 and went out ********** I was sent up and down between my bank and Multichoice two times. What their require from me and my bank is impossible as the trransaction was recognised as a purchase. The wanted a detailed transaction for the Multichoice payment. My bank statement shows that the money went out to Multichoice and they refused to allocate it even though they could see the transaction on my statement.

I still believe that the error is on their side otherwise my money would hae been returned by my bank if the transaction was incorrect. The fact that the money went out of my account tells me that the problem is on the Multichoice system and instead of sorting the problem, they shift blame to the bank.

I cannot afford to donate money to Multichoice while I have children to feed. Please restore my services because I have paid and the proof is there in front of them, It is not my fault that their system was inefficient on the day.

The crew that I dealt with is Mpilo Stofu, Zikhona Ntshinga, and Nkosinathi Ndlovu. Nkosinathi even said he will escalate to finance department and based on the service I received, I doubt that your entire staff is competent enough.

Can the CEO, COO and CIO look at this?
